1. Booking & Reservations
All trip bookings, international tours, and high-altitude expeditions are subject to availability, confirmation of deposit payments, and verification of traveler details.
- Inquiries made via our website form do not constitute a confirmed reservation until confirmed in writing by our trip leads.
- For high-altitude treks or international safaris, travelers must provide valid medical disclosures and fitness confirmations.
2. Payments, Pricing & Currencies
All trip prices listed on our website are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Full payment schedules, advance deposits, and cancellation policies will be provided prior to final booking confirmation.
3. Traveler Responsibilities & Health Requirements
Travelers are responsible for maintaining suitable physical fitness and health appropriate for their chosen trip itinerary. For international tours, travelers must possess valid passports, required visas, and vaccinations.
4. Safety Protocols & Expedition Leader Authority
Safety is our absolute priority. On all expeditions and tours, the decisions of the certified Expedition Leader (including Shaikh Hassan Khan and appointed mountain guides) regarding route modifications, weather safety stops, or emergency evacuations are final.
5. Sustainable & Eco Tourism Code
Travelkompany enforces a strict zero-trace eco pledge. Travelers are expected to respect local ecosystems, refrain from littering or single-use plastic disposal in wild habitats, and treat local communities with dignity.
6. Limitation of Liability
While Travelkompany takes all precautions, we are not liable for delays, itinerary changes, or cancellations resulting from severe weather conditions, force majeure events, natural disasters, or international border restrictions.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
